About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our political campaign/media team for a high-impact project in Bihar. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating compelling visual content tailored for political communication, election campaigns, and public engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing graphics, posters, banners, infographics, and campaign creatives for print and digital media.
• Edit and produce engaging political videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media platforms.
• Work closely with the campaign/media team to develop creative strategies for political messaging.
• Adapt visuals and videos to suit various formats (social media, print, outdoor, TV).
• Ensure branding consistency and alignment with campaign goals.
• Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality creative outputs under pressure.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor in a political or similar fast-paced domain.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Understanding of political communication, campaign aesthetics, and regional cultural sensibilities.
• Ability to work in a team and take creative direction.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel within Bihar if required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
• 2+ years of relevant experience (political campaign experience is a plus).

Project Duration & Compensation

• Type: Project-Based (Contract) – Duration aligned with campaign timelines.
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience). Including Free Lodging and Fooding
