• Create innovative and event-ready designs for digital and print media.
• Design social media creatives, posts, carousels, web banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Develop venue branding, event collaterals, event screens, and large-format creatives.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with proper colour accuracy, bleed settings, resolution, and vendor specifications.
• Create engaging digital creatives for social media and websites.
• Collaborate with managers and the marketing team to understand design requirements and brand expectations.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Review existing design processes and suggest improvements to enhance design quality and efficiency.
• Ensure consistency in branding and maintain high design standards across all creatives.
