Job summary

Percept ICE in Mumbai seeks a passionate Graphic Designer with event experience to craft visual narratives across physical and digital environments. This role requires translating concepts from screens to spaces, from decks to on-ground execution.

You will design for corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, and branded environments, working with 3D and production teams to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Event Management / Brand Activation (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, ID).
• Experience in large-format print and environmental graphics.
• Solid typography, layout, color psychology and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to visualize concepts in spatial environments (3D knowledge a plus).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design assets for corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations.

• Create print-ready artworks (large-format, standees, hoardings, LED content).

Graphic Designer – Events & Brand Experience

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the Event Management industry to create compelling visual narratives across physical and digital environments. This role requires someone who understands how design translates from screen to space - from concept decks to on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, mall displays, and experiential setups
• Develop visual identities for events including logos, themes, stage backdrops, invites, signage systems, and branded environments
• Create print-ready artworks (large-format graphics, standees, hoardings, fabrication graphics, LED screen content, etc.)
• Design digital creatives including social media posts, emailers, presentations, and event microsite assets
• Collaborate with 3D designers, production teams, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and execution accuracy
• Prepare artworks for print production with correct sizing, bleed, color profiles, and material specifications
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs creatively for different clients and industries
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Event Management / Brand Activation industry (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in designing for large-format print and environmental graphics
• Strong understanding of typography, layout systems, color psychology, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to visualize concepts in spatial environments (knowledge of basic 3D understanding is a plus)
• Excellent time management and communication skills
