Job summary

PeopleGene in Bengaluru is seeking a Creative Associate to craft high-quality visuals for social media, marketplaces, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns. You will align designs with brand campaigns and product launches while maintaining consistent brand language across all channels.

You will design reels, static posts, banners, and infographics, collaborating with marketing and catalog teams to enhance product presentation and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, creative production or a similar role.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design static posts, Reels, short-form videos, and stories for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and social trends.
• Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines, tone, and aesthetic style.
• Create product infographics, banners, and listing creatives for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.
• Maintain uniform branding across all marketplace assets.
• Work with the marketing and catalog teams to improve product presentation.
• Design high-conversion flyers, GIFs, and visuals for email and WhatsApp marketing.
• Maintain clarity, visual hierarchy, and strong messaging in campaign designs.
• Support the marketing calendar with timely creative deliverables.
• Contribute to brand identity development including typography, color palette, and visual elements.
• Maintain a consistent brand language across all mediums.
• Assist in packaging design, brochures, lookbooks, and promotional collaterals.

• Proficiency in design and video software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects, Canva, etc.
• Experience in creating short-form content and Reels is a must.
• Understanding of social media communication and digital design trends.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory.
