Job summary

GCEC Global Foundation is seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our creative team in Jaipur. The role involves designing social media creatives, branding assets, and marketing materials, while ensuring brand consistency across digital and print channels.

You will edit short and long-form videos for social platforms and collaborate with writers and marketers to deliver impactful campaigns. A background in graphic design and video editing is required.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, thumbnails, and marketing materials.
• Create branding assets including logos, business cards, presentations, and organizational identity materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print designs.
• Work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop campaign creatives.

Video Editing

• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create promotional videos, advertisements, reels, testimonials, corporate videos, and event highlights.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
• Perform color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with content writers, digital marketers, photographers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative assets.
• Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and social media content styles.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.
• Experience in designing digital campaigns and editing reels/YouTube videos.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
• Experience working in a creative agency or in-house design team is preferred.
