Job summary

Technobotix Pvt Ltd in Pune seeks a creative Social Media Manager to own end-to-end content creation, design, and publishing for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. You will plan calendars, craft posts, and drive engagement across platforms.

The role includes shooting product content at Baner/Jambhe, editing videos and reels, and coordinating with R&D, Sales, and Logistics to align content with campaigns. You will manage an intern and ensure weekly delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design and content creation (portfolio required).
• Hands-on skills in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/CapCut, Canva, or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their content formats.
• Basic photography/videography skills for product and on-site shoots.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with multiple internal teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and take ownership of the content calendar.
• Willingness to travel between Baner office and Jambhe warehouse as per weekly plan.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

• Design and edit creative posts including festival posts, product posts, and promotional/campaign posts

• Guide and manage an intern supporting video editing and graphic design tasks
• Ensure timely delivery of content as per the weekly content plan

Requirements

Job Locations

Work Timings

Baner Office - 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Jambhe Warehouse - 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

(Note: Candidate must plan their weekly schedule to ensure at least 2 days at the Jambhe warehouse for shoots and product familiarization, and the remaining days at the Baner office.)
