Responsibilities
- Design for Business Impact: create, refine, and elevate marketing collateral across all touchpoints, including interactive eBooks, infographics, event branding (booth graphics to motion banners), landing pages, sales decks, case studies, reports, digital ads, social posts, and immersive campaign assets.
- Leverage AI-Native Tools & Advanced Tech: use AI tools such as MidJourney, Firefly, RunwayML, Notion AI, alongside Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to generate visuals, enhance prototypes, and iterate faster using the newest advances in genAI and automation.
- Transform Complex Ideas Into Visual Stories: simplify and visualize technical B2B concepts to create materials that are clear, compelling, and beautiful, driving creative direction on collateral that helps Pangolin’s global tech and SaaS clients stand out.
- Iterate Using Analytics: collaborate with marketers to assess the impact of creative assets using analytics and campaign feedback, adjusting designs based on performance metrics to maximize engagement and business outcomes.
- Own and Innovate Across the Design Spectrum: lead concept development for projects beyond social media—full event kits, launch videos, website hero images, AR/VR assets, and more. If it can be designed, you’ll shape it.
- Collaborate Across Teams: work side-by-side (online) with strategy, content, video, and development teams, translating brand voice and business positioning into cohesive, effective visuals while allowing for creative “wild card” suggestions.
- Champion Best Practices and Experimentation: push the boundaries of visual identity and design systems, experiment with AI-powered automation, and share discoveries and tips that raise the entire team’s creative benchmark.
- Present and Defend Your Work: confidently present creative ideas, mockups, and prototypes to internal teams and client-facing stakeholders, explaining rationale and iterating from feedback.
