Qualifications

• 6 years of graphic design experience in a studio, agency, or in-house team.
• Digital-first thinker with experience in Food & Beverages brands a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and Figma.
• Strong fundamentals in layout, color, typography and illustration; basic UI/UX knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong visual storytelling ability.

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital, mainline, and in-store marketing, including performance creatives and banners.
• Create high-quality designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Figma.
• Ensure brand tonality and consistency across all touchpoints and platforms.
• Own the design process from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Regional Marketing, Performance and other teams to meet business goals.
• Explore new design techniques and AI tools to improve speed and efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects.

• Create high-quality design solutions using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Figma.
• Understand brand tonality, language, and ensure its consistency across all touchpoints and platforms
• Take ownership of the design process from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Regional Marketing, Performance, Delivery and other cross-functional teams to understand project needs to craft design solutions that support business objectives.
• Explore and experiment with new design techniques, tools, and AI tools for speed and efficiency
• Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of design projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 years of proven graphic design experience within a design studio, agency, or in-house creative team.
• Digital-first thinker and designer; Experience in Food & Beverages & Restaurant brands is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and other relevant design tools and software.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals, including layout, colors, typography, and illustration skills; with basic knowledge of UI/UX.
• An eye for detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative spirit with openness to feedback and iteration.
