Job summary

RINIROY BEAUTY is seeking a hands‑on Graphic Designer & Video Editor to bring the brand to life across social, campaigns, website and product launches. You will work closely with Brand and Social Media Managers to turn briefs into high‑quality visuals that feel modern, premium and distinctly RINIROY BEAUTY.

You’ll design and edit across posts, banners, emails and paid ads, while retouching photography and creating engaging short‑form videos.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in graphic design, video editing or hybrid role.
• Portfolio showing graphic design and video editing.
• Strong typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Strong social media and digital-first design sense.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
• CapCut experience for faster edits.
• Basic motion graphics and animation.
• Interest in beauty/fashion/consumer brands.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re looking for aGraphic Designer & Video Editorwho can bring the RINIROY BEAUTY brand to life across everything our customers see - from social media and campaigns to our website, ads and product launches.

This is a hands‑on creative execution role. You’ll work closely with our Brand Manager and Social Media Manager to turn ideas, briefs and raw content into high‑quality visual assets that feel modern, premium and distinctly RINIROY BEAUTY.

We’re looking for someone who has a strong design eye but is equally comfortable opening raw footage and turning it into an engaging Reel or ad.

What You’ll Do

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories and campaign creatives.
• Create static and graphic‑led creatives for Meta and other paid advertising channels.
• Design website banners, landing page assets and product page graphics.
• Create visual assets for new product launches and campaigns.
• Design email and CRM creatives.
• Adapt campaign concepts across multiple formats and sizes.
• Work within our brand identity while continuously improving the quality and consistency of our visual communication.
• Retouch and enhance product and model photography where required.

Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into engaging Reels, short‑form videos and paid social creatives.
• Edit UGC, product demonstrations, interviews, founder content and campaign footage.
• Create strong hooks and maintain good pacing and storytelling.
• Add subtitles, music, sound effects, transitions and basic motion graphics.
• Create multiple variations of videos for performance marketing.
• Repurpose longer footage into multiple pieces of short‑form content.
• Stay current with social‑first editing styles, formats and trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing or a hybrid creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstratingboth graphic design and video editing work.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Good understanding of social media and digital‑first design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar video editing software.
• Comfortable using tools such as CapCut when faster social edits are required.
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
• An interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands is a strong advantage.
