Job summary

Bringle Academy in Thane is seeking a talented graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to design high-impact visuals. The candidate should also have web designing capability and work on websites, brochures, magazines, exhibitions and corporate identity.

You will translate high-level requirements into intuitive designs, collaborate with copywriters and marketing, and present ideas. Salary range 1,50,000-2,00,000 INR.

Qualifications

• Proven graphic designing experience and work experience as a web designer.
• Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.
• Up to date with industry leading software (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent visual design skills with user interaction sensitivity.
• BS/MS in HCI, Visual Arts or related field.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a solid body of work.
• Translate design brief into wireframes and layouts.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, site maps.
• Present designs to peers and stakeholders.

Job brief

We are looking for a talented creative Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to design solutions with high visual impact. Our ideal candidate should also have web designing capability. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, brochures , magazines, websites, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and you will cooperate with our copywriters, designers and marketing team.

The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts for the website . They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

Responsibilities

Cultivate a solid body of work

Take the design “brief” to record requirements

Schedule project implementation and provide solutions within budget constraints

Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts

Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas

Amend final designs to comments received and gain full approval

Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas

Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, marketing head, executives etc.

Salary Pack : 1,50,000- 2,00,000

Requirements

Proven graphic designing experience and work experience as a web designer

Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc. )

Highly proficient in all design aspects

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

Up-to-date with latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Arts subject, graphic designing or similar

Professionalism regarding time, requirements and deadlines
