Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, ad creatives, banners, and promotional content.
• Create branding and marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, standees, posters, event creatives, and presentations.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colours, imagery, and overall visual language.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and performance marketing teams to develop creatives for campaigns.
• Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, grids, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand a brief and convert it into an effective visual concept.
• Good understanding of branding and marketing communication.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong time-management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
