Must-Have’s:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in‑house creative team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of design decisions.
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools in design and production contexts.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver high‑quality designs for various brand and business requirements.
• Design e‑mailers, inserts, brochures, catalogs, packaging and other marketing collateral for both online and offline channels.
• Ensure all creatives align with Teabox brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Organize and prioritize workload effectively while handling multiple assignments.
