Job summary

Teabox is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team in India. You will translate ideas into visuals that communicate our brands across online and offline touchpoints, ensuring adherence to Teabox visual identity.

The role requires strong design fundamentals, proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset and eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout and composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of design decisions.
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools in design and production contexts.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high-quality designs for various brand and business requirements.
• Design e-mailers, inserts, brochures, catalogs, packaging and other marketing collateral for both online and offline channels.
• Ensure all creatives align with Teabox brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Organize and prioritize workload effectively while handling multiple assignments.
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative perspectives to the team.

About the Role:

Must-Have’s:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
