Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating print-ready artwork and production files.
• Ability to work with vector graphics, image editing, retouching, and asset creation.
• Familiarity with standees, banners, posters, and marketing collateral.
• Understanding common file formats (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPEG, SVG).
• Ability to translate client requirements into compelling visuals.
• Attention to detail and commitment to design quality.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should possess strong visual design skills, be comfortable working on both digital and print creatives, and have the ability to transform client requirements into compelling visual communications.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects including marketing collateral, branding materials, promotional campaigns, print advertisements, event creatives, standees, brochures, social media content, and other customer-facing design assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing and promotional materials for print and digital platforms.
• Create posters, banners, standees, brochures, flyers, social media creatives, advertisements, and branding assets.
• Develop original creative concepts based on client requirements and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for commercial printing, ensuring correct bleed, cut marks, resolution, and file specifications.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and dimensions while maintaining visual consistency.
• Select and manipulate images, illustrations, icons, and typography to create engaging visual experiences.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within agreed timelines.
• Participate in creative discussions, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating print-ready artwork and preparing files for production.
• Ability to work with vector graphics, image editing, retouching, and visual asset creation.
• Familiarity with various print formats, large-format artwork, standees, banners, posters, and marketing collateral.
• Good understanding of file formats such as AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPEG, and SVG.
• Ability to convert concepts into visually appealing and commercially effective designs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Familiarity with Canva and other rapid design tools.
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing communication.
• Knowledge of packaging artwork, print production processes, and vendor coordination.
• Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
