Job summary

Neara is looking for a Graphic Designer in Pune, Maharashtra. The role requires a minimum of 4 years in graphic design, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Responsibilities include maintaining visual brand language and designing content for marketing campaigns. The position offers a starting salary of INR 8,00,000 to INR 12,00,000, 15 days of PTO annually, and the possibility of hybrid work. This is a full-time job in the marketing department.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand language across all marketing materials, including logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery.
• Design high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, such as email newsletters, social media graphics, blog posts, and landing pages.
• Ensure design consistency between marketing materials and product interfaces.
• Design engaging visual content for presentations, webinars, and event materials to represent our brand effectively at industry conferences and internal meetings.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of creating impactful visual content that drives engagement.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Experience with design systems and UI design principles.
