Qualifications

• 3-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
• Graduate in any discipline; formal diploma or degree in Graphic Design / Fine Arts preferred.
• Proficiency in print production processes, color correction, and packaging dielines.
• Experience with pharma promotional materials such as visual aids, LBLs, and product cards.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as visuals, leaflets, product cards, brochures, and catalogs.
• Prepare packaging designs, cartons, blister foils, and labels per brand guidelines and print specs.
• Create digital banners for social media, campaigns, and product launches.
• Develop promotional materials for franchise partners and distributors.
• Maintain brand consistency across print and digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors for proofs and print quality.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Vibcare Pharma. You will be responsible for creating high-quality marketing creatives, promotional collateral, product packaging artworks, and digital assets to support our PCD franchise network and brand presence across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Collateral: Design professional visual aids, LBL/leaflets, product cards, brochures, and catalogs for our PCD pharma divisions.
• Packaging Artwork: Prepare and adapt packaging designs, carton boxes, blister foils, and label artworks ensuring correct brand guidelines and technical print specifications.
• Digital Creatives: Create engaging social media banners, promotional creatives, and email banners to support monthly campaigns and new product launches.
• Franchise Support: Develop customized promotional materials and scheme banners for franchise partners and distributors.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent typography, color schemes, and visual identity across all print and digital touchpoints.
• Print Coordination: Prepare accurate print-ready files (bleed, margins, CMYK, cutting lines) and coordinate with printers/vendors to review proofs and ensure print quality.
• Design Management: Maintain an organized repository of design assets, master open files (AI, PSD, CDR), and final export archives.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Content, and Sales teams to deliver design requirements within defined timelines.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the pharma or healthcare sector.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline; formal diploma or degree in Graphic Design / Fine Arts is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and InDesign.
  • Good understanding of print production processes, color correction, and packaging dielines.
  • Familiarity with pharma promotional materials such as visual aids, LBLs, and product cards.
  • Basic knowledge of creating social media assets using Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Strong creative eye and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and openness to design feedback.

(A short practical design test or portfolio review will be conducted.)
