Job summary

Sharswap Media Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai invites a talented Graphic Designer to craft engaging social media visuals and branding materials. You will design logos, banners, brochures and promotional assets for OTT content and digital campaigns from our Vashi office.

With 1–3 years of experience, you will collaborate with content, marketing and video teams to deliver creative solutions, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant design experience.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Strong typography, colour theory, layout and branding understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Create branding materials: logos, brochures, banners, flyers, presentations and collateral.
• Design promotional creatives for OTT content and digital campaigns.
• Develop website graphics, landing page banners, and other digital assets.
• Create posters, thumbnails, and promotional artwork.
• Collaborate with content, marketing and video teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across designs.
• Stay updated with latest design trends and tools.

Working Days

• Monday to Thursday Work from Office
• Friday Work from Home
• Saturday & Sunday – Weekly Off

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: Best in Industry (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• Create branding materials such as logos, brochures, banners, flyers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Design promotional creatives for OTT content, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
• Develop website graphics, landing page banners, and other digital assets.
• Create eye-catching posters, thumbnails, and promotional artwork.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and video editing teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines across all designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple design projects while ensuring timely delivery.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and branding.
• Excellent creativity with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience. (FRESERS are welcomed)
