We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring our beauty brands to life through compelling visuals across digital and print platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Epitight, Cozitis, and Niconi by designing high-converting creatives for social media, websites, packaging, ads, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning assets for social media posts, reels, ads, banners, and emailers.
• Design packaging, product labels, and offline materials like brochures, standees, etc.
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to understand creative needs.
• Help evolve and maintain brand style guides for each sub-brand.
• Explore trends in beauty, fashion, and wellness to keep designs fresh and relevant.

Key Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the beauty or D2C industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital, social, and packaging.
• Eye for detail, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with beauty, skincare, or fashion brands.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or 3D rendering tools.
• Interest in photography, product styling, or reels/video editing.
