Job summary

1 Finance is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to conceptualize and create engaging visual designs based on briefs and business requirements. You will design graphics for digital platforms, thumbnails, and marketing creatives while ensuring brand consistency.

You will collaborate with marketing and content teams, stay updated on design trends, and deliver high-quality assets across social media formats within timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio illustrations or graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
• Should have worked on AI tools like mid-journey.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Prior experience and strong domain knowledge in Finance.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create engaging visual designs based on creative briefs and business requirements.
• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, logos, layouts, and marketing creatives for digital platforms.
• Create compelling thumbnails and optimize/re-index them based on performance data and insights.
• Develop creative assets using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
• Design visually appealing content across all social media platforms, ensuring adherence to platform-specific dimensions and best practices.
• Create graphics for posts, reels, stories, carousels, banners, advertisements, and other digital marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative formats.
• Ensure all creatives meet quality standards and are delivered within project timelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and creativity
