Job summary

The Mandate Lab seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals for political campaigns, digital platforms, and public initiatives. The role requires translating narratives into compelling visuals and collaborating with strategy, communications, and digital teams.

You will design social media creatives, infographics, posters, and presentations for Instagram, YouTube, X, and other channels, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, campaign assets, infographics, presentations, posters, and other visual content.
• Translate campaign narratives, ideas, and strategic messaging into engaging visual concepts.
• Work closely with strategy, communications, creative, and digital teams to develop campaign communication.
• Create platform-specific designs for Instagram, YouTube, X, and other digital channels.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and target audiences.
• Work on typography, layouts, illustrations, photo editing, and basic motion graphics where required.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and emerging visual communication styles.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
