Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual counselling sessions to students
• Conduct group counselling sessions to address common concerns and provide support to multiple individuals at once
• Develop and implement support programs and workshops to address specific issues or challenges facing the university community
• Collaborate with other university departments and external resources to provide comprehensive support to individuals in need
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions and assessments
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in counselling and mental health support, and continually seek professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Act as a resource and advocate for individuals with mental health concerns, and provide information on available support services and resources
