Job summary

Hotel Dost in Jaipur is seeking a Senior Designer to elevate hospitality branding. You will drive brand storytelling, research-first design, and deliver work that balances aesthetics with function.

The role requires leading a small design team and collaborating with clients to ensure brand coherence across touchpoints. You will mentor juniors, defend design choices in client-facing sessions, and contribute to a cohesive, high-performance creative team.

Qualifications

• A real process: you dig, explore multiple directions, and can explain why option B beats option A.
• At least 1 year of brand experience, bonus points if you’ve been part of a branding team and shipped real branding projects.
• The confidence to defend your design choices in a room, not just present slides.
• Leadership chops: you’re ready to guide a junior designer and an intern, delegate comfortably, and make them better designers.
• Creative thinking that’s grounded: messaging and artwork that actually serves the brand, not just looks nice.
