Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably skincare/beauty brands.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign. Figma or Canva a plus.
• Understanding of composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Ability to create visually appealing social media content for various platforms.
• Good understanding of digital and print design requirements.
• Strong creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand a brief and independently develop concepts.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, packaging, or marketing creatives.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
• Develop assets for product launches, promotions, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Design and adapt product packaging, labels, brochures, banners, and print materials.
• Translate marketing concepts and brand strategies into strong visual communication.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality designs.
• Create mood boards, campaign creatives, and design variations when required.
• Prepare final artwork for both digital and print production.
• Stay updated with current design and skincare industry trends.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
