The role invites fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience, proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and ideally Figma, with on-site work in Hyderabad and clear English communication.

• Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with Figma is a significant plus.
• Location: Must be available for onsite work at our Hyderabad office.

Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation: Design assets for social media, websites, and digital marketing.
• Product & Corporate Support: Design technical pitch decks, UI/UX-aligned assets, and internal docs for software solutions.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across platforms to ensure unified visuals.
• Iterative Design: Revise designs based on feedback to ensure quality and timely delivery.

About the Role
As a Graphic Designer at BWJ Tech Solutions, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of a forward-thinking technology firm. You will work across diverse projects—from internal product branding for applications like Payvion and Vahan Whiteway to high-stakes corporate presentations and AI-driven initiatives.

Your role involves creating compelling visual narratives for web platforms, social media, and technical marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with our development and business teams to ensure that our design language aligns with our technical excellence and brand messaging.

Role Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality assets for social media, websites, and digital marketing (banners, carousels, and infographics).
• Product & Corporate Support: Assist in designing technical pitch decks, UI/UX-aligned assets, and internal documentation for our software solutions.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the brand guidelines across all platforms to ensure a unified visual identity.
• Iterative Design: Collaborate with the team to revise designs based on feedback, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage design libraries, ensuring all source files and exports are easily accessible.

Candidate Profile

• Visually Driven: A strong eye for layout, color theory, and modern typography.
• Adaptable: Open to feedback and willing to iterate quickly to achieve the best results.
• Organized: Able to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Proactive: Self-motivated with a strong desire to stay updated on design trends and new software.

Requirements

Compensation & Growth

• BWJ Tech Solutions offers a structured growth path:
• Month 6+: Up to INR 17,500 per month based on performance.
• Bond: A 5-month service bond applies to this role.
• Growth: Opportunity to scale into roles such as UI/UX Designer, Senior Designer, or Creative Lead.
