Job Brief

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support our Social Media and Email teams working for US‑based clients. This is a hands‑on role where you will be creating day‑to‑day creatives for social posts and email newsletters while working closely with internal teams in a collaborative, remote setup. The work is fast‑paced and practical and we’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their designs and adapting based on feedback.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing graphics for:
  • Social media posts across platforms
  • Email newsletters and marketing emails
• Working in a collaborative environment with content and delivery teams
• Following brand guidelines and client requirements closely
• Making updates and revisions as needed to meet timelines
• Supporting ongoing and ad‑hoc design needs for US clients

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and similar tools
• Good design fundamentals (layout, fonts, colors, spacing)
• Comfortable using AI tools to assist with design work
• Clear communication and a team‑oriented attitude
• Willingness to work US shifts when required

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Basic editing skills
• Familiarity with HTML / HTTPS‑based email designs
• Experience working with social media or digital marketing teams
