Job summary

CultNerds IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Graphic Designer who can translate briefs into compelling visual stories for real estate brands. The role focuses on static and motion creatives for social media, brochures, and digital assets, with a strong emphasis on concept development and brand-aligned design.

You will collaborate with copywriters and account managers to deliver campaign-ready visuals. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a creative agency, a solid grasp of design

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a creative agency — mandatory.
• Experience creating digital creatives for real estate social media advertisements.
• Understanding of design fundamentals: composition, layout, colour theory, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to interpret a brief, develop strong concepts, and explain the thinking behind designs.
• Willingness to collaborate with copywriters and account managers across multiple projects.

What You’ll Be Creating

• Turn briefs into visual stories: Translate creative briefs into compelling concepts that communicate the message and capture attention.
• Design for the scroll: Create impactful static creatives, real estate ad copies, brochures, and other digital marketing assets that drive engagement.
• Think beyond static: Explore motion, animation, and video elements to bring ideas to life across platforms.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up with evolving design trends, visual styles, and creative formats without losing sight of what works for the brand.
• Collaborate, create, refine: Work closely with copywriters and account managers to transform ideas into polished, campaign-ready creatives.
• Make feedback work for you: Take feedback constructively, iterate quickly, and refine designs without compromising on quality.
• Bring ideas to the table: Contribute fresh perspectives during brainstorming sessions and help elevate creative thinking across brands and campaigns.
• Get hands-on with video: Work with raw footage, enhance visuals using effects and graphic elements, and support motion-based creative requirements.
• Keep the creative chaos organised: Maintain clean working files, proper version control, and consistent naming conventions.
• Never stop evolving: Experiment with new techniques, explore better ways to solve design problems, and keep sharpening your craft.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a creative agency - this is non-negotiable.
• You have hands‑on experience creating digital creatives for real estate social media advertisements.
• You understand design fundamentals, including composition, layout, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• You know that great design isn’t just about looking good — it needs to communicate, connect, and support marketing objectives.
• You can interpret a brief, develop strong concepts, and explain the thinking behind your designs.
• You take initiative, think creatively, and aren’t afraid to explore ideas beyond the obvious.
• You’re comfortable receiving feedback, collaborating with different teams, and working across multiple projects.
• You can create motion-based or animated visuals while staying true to brand guidelines.
• You’re curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to get better at what you do.
