Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a graphic design role in corporate/B2B/professional services.
• Experience in fast-paced bid/proposal environments with tight turnaround times.
• Proficient in formatting documents using MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for editing images and creating visual mock-ups.
• Strong eye for layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.

• 5+ years of experience in a Graphic Design role, preferably in a corporate or B2B/professional services setting.
• Exposure to working in fast-paced bid or proposal environments with tight turnaround times.
• Hands-on experience in formatting documents using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat (PDFs).
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for editing images and preparing visual mock-ups.

• Expert-level proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Microsoft Word formatting.
• Intermediate to good command of Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Illustrator/InDesign is a bonus.
• Strong eye for detail, layout, spacing, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to interpret complex text and transform it into clean, engaging visual formats.
• Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple design tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal communication and team collaboration skills.
