Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing promotional materials, such as brochures, banners, and marketing graphics for both print and digital platforms.
• Ensure all designs meet the technical requirements for printing, including colour management, resolution, and file formatting.
• Develop concepts and design strategies that align with the company's branding and publishing vision.
• Revise designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the process.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies relevant to publishing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Graphic Designer in the publishing industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work related to book covers, layouts, and promotional materials.
• Solid understanding of print production processes, including prepress preparation and file management.
