Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing designs for book covers, promotional materials, and marketing assets.
• Develop layouts and templates for print and digital publications.
• Collaborate with authors, editors, and marketing teams to translate ideas into engaging designs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.

2. Tools and Technology:

• Work with design software like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw and other publishing tools.
• Prepare files for printing, ensuring they meet technical specifications.
• Optimize designs for digital platforms, including eBooks and online publications.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

• Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Respond to feedback and make revisions promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or typesetting (preferred).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
