Job summary

Syncopated Marketing in India, based in Bhopal, is seeking a Graphic Designer who can translate brand strategy into scroll-stopping email campaigns for DTC brands. You will design mobile-first layouts, collaborate with copywriters and marketers, and build reusable Figma components to speed future work.

Ideal candidates have 2–8 years of design experience, a strong eye for typography and color, and the ability to deliver polished work with minimal direction.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience in design—ideally for eCommerce brands.
• Proficiency in Figma is a plus.
• Understands layout, spacing, typography, and colour.
• Able to work with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly.
• Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs.
• Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms.
• Even better: You care about performance, not just aesthetics.
