Job summary

GBG EV in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to craft visual assets for digital marketing and print collateral. You will maintain brand consistency, translate strategic goals into compelling concepts, and manage production files for both digital and print formats.

Ideal candidates have 13+ years of experience, a graphic design degree, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud along with Figma or Canva. Collaborative teamwork and tight deadlines are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience: 13+ years in professional graphic design (agency or in‑house).
• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• Software: Strong hands‑on with Adobe Creative Cloud and modern tools like Figma/Canva.

Responsibilities

Work Schedule: 5.5 Days Working (2nd & 4th Saturdays Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Design & Content Creation

• Design eye-catching visual assets for digital marketing, including social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and ad creatives.
• Create high-quality print collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, event branding, and packaging materials.
• Develop compelling graphics for internal communications, presentations, and pitch decks.

2. Brand Identity & Consistency

• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into impactful visual concepts.
• Review final layouts and proofs to ensure precise typography, color, and design accuracy prior to publishing or production.

3. Production & File Management

• Prepare digital files for press/print production according to standard specifications (bleed, color modes, resolutions).
• Organize and maintain an updated digital asset library (logos, images, vectors, design templates).
• Adapt and resize existing design assets efficiently across diverse formats and platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 13 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio).
• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma / Canva.
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing versatility across digital and print projects, typography, and visual hierarchy.
