Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Design materials to support business development efforts, including pitch decks, proposals, brochures, case studies, and one-pagers.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Leadership to align designs with objectives and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across assets.
• Conceptualize and execute visual themes for campaigns, client engagements, and internal initiatives.
• Translate complex technical or business content into clear, engaging visuals.
• Support digital design needs (social media, website graphics, email campaigns).
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously within tight timelines and quality standards.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and refine designs for effectiveness.
• Stay current with design trends and tools for B2B and enterprise environments.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer Business Development will be responsible for creating high impact visual content that supports sales marketing and growth initiatives. This role partners closely with the Business Development Marketing and Leadership teams to translate complex business ideas into compelling visual stories across proposals presentations campaigns and digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with an understanding of branding storytelling and commercial.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with diploma or certification in Graphic Design Visual Communication related field
• 3 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience preferably supporting sales marketing or business development teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in corporate presentations proposals and marketing collateral

Pro Tficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator Photoshop InDesign and presentation tools PowerPoint Google Slides.

• Working knowledge of branding typography layout principles and visual hierarchy
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
• Experience working in fast paced deadline driven environments
