Qualifications

• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Working knowledge of Figma or Canva is preferred.
• Strong command over color theory, modern typography, grid systems, and negative space.
• Speed and creativity to deliver high-quality concepts quickly without compromising on detailing.
• A comprehensive portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or Google Drive) showcasing social media campaigns and branding projects.

• Maintain a unique and consistent visual style (grid layouts, color themes) for each client's social media handle.
• Create logos, corporate stationery, brand guidelines, and complete visual identities from scratch.
• Design premium print media assets like brochures, premium menus, product packaging, and outdoor hoarding banners.
• Work closely with the Content Writers and Copywriters to bring slogans and ad copies to life visually.
• Understand the client’s target audience and design visuals that actually bring results/leads for the client.

Your role will be to create powerful social media creatives, high-converting carousels, and memorable brand identities that make our clients stand out in the market. Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Aesthetics

• Design high-quality, engaging social media posts, reels layouts, covers, and interactive carousels for various industries (Real Estate, Retail, Automobile, D2C brands, etc.).
• Maintain a unique and consistent visual style (grid layouts, color themes) for each client's social media handle.

2. Core Branding & Identity

• Create logos, corporate stationery, brand guidelines, and complete visual identities from scratch.
• Design premium print media assets like brochures, premium menus, product packaging, and outdoor hoarding banners.

3. Campaign Collaboration

• Work closely with the Content Writers and Copywriters to bring slogans and ad copies to life visually.
• Understand the client’s target audience and design visuals that actually bring results/leads for the client.
