Job summary

Recruit Diary in India is seeking a creative graphic designer to elevate product labels, packaging, brochures, and visiting cards for pharma branding. You will turn rough briefs into strong visuals that stand out on shelves and desks.

You will collaborate with the marketing team, deliver consistent branding across materials, and manage multiple small design requests with quality and deadlines. Freshers with a solid portfolio are welcome, and work-from-home is available after settling in.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing product labels, packaging, brochures, and visiting cards
• Creating social media posts and digital creatives for marketing campaigns
• Working closely with the marketing team to understand what a design needs to communicate
• Making sure everything from a pamphlet to a banner - feels consistent with our brand
• Handling multiple small design requests without losing quality or missing deadlines

Who we're looking for:

• Graduate or diploma holder in design, or simply someone with strong design skills and a good portfolio - we care more about your work than your degree
• Comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Someone who can take a rough brief and turn it into something visually appealing
• Freshers with a solid portfolio are welcome to apply
