Job summary

ClanX, Mumbai-based brand studio, seeks a designer to partner with an early-growth brand. You will craft visuals for social platforms, campaigns, and packaging, and develop illustration-based design across multiple formats.

You will design brand materials, promotional assets, and collateral, and create packaging concepts. You’ll produce digital ads, video content, and social media animations to support product launches.

About the role:

• Partner with a brand in its early growth phase, seeing firsthand how strategic design influences everything from visual identity and product packaging through to social channels and campaign launches
• Create visuals for social platforms and accompanying marketing campaigns
• Develop illustration-based design work across multiple formats
• Design brand materials, promotional assets and supporting marketing collateral
• Conceive and execute packaging design concepts
• Produce digital advertisements and communications tied to product launches
• Shoot, edit and animate brief video content for social media platforms

What we're looking for:

• A refined visual sensibility and strong instinct for what works design-wise
• Hands-on capability in illustration work
• Knowledge of spatial composition, typeface selection and how imagery and text work together to tell a story
• Experience or capability with motion design and animation—helpful but not essential
• Familiarity with how social media marketing functions as an advantage

Work setup:

• Two days each week in the office; remaining days you can work from home
• You'll have Saturdays and Sundays off
