Job summary

Core Design

• Visual Storytelling: Communicating brand messages through layout, typography, and high-end imagery.
• Motion Graphics: Creating scroll-stopping animations and motion elements using Premiere Pro.
• Typography & Color Theory: Picking fonts and palettes that don't just look "good" but dominate the feed.

Software Proficiency

• Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator are non-negotiable.
• After Effects: For high-end motion graphics and VFX basics.
• Short-form Content: Understanding the grammar of Reels, and YouTube Shorts (Hook, Pacing, CTA).
• Trend Awareness: Keeping up with meme culture, trending audios, and viral design styles.
• Performance Creative: Designing and editing high-converting ads for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Thumbnail Mastery: Creating high-CTR YouTube thumbnails that people have to click.
• Speed & Efficiency: Working with short turnaround times and batch-creating content without losing quality.
• Creative Interpretation: Turning raw briefs into "Aesthetic" visuals.
• Feedback Loop: Iterating quickly based on performance data and AD feedback.
