Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven professional background as a Graphic Designer or Art Director with teaching experience.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Strong command of Adobe tools and visual aesthetics; excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Hands‑On Training: Teach design theory, color psychology, typography, grid systems, and brand identity through engaging studio sessions.
• Software Mastery: Instruct students on industry‑standard tools, primarily Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Mentor & Guide: Review student projects, provide constructive critique, and guide them in building standout industry portfolios.
• Drive Innovation: Implement active, practice‑based learning methodologies and keep course content aligned with current industry trends.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven professional background as a Graphic Designer or Art Director, accompanied by a strong teaching or training track record.
• Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Skills: Expert command of Adobe tools, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and exceptional communication skills.
• Added Advantage: Professional certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Instructor) and familiarity with gamified or interactive learning approaches.
