Job summary

Dhumi is seeking a sharp and creative intern to shape our brand, marketing campaigns, and digital products from Bengaluru. You will craft campaign creatives, help build brand systems, and design visuals for product communications.

You will work hybrid in Bengaluru with a 3-month full-time internship, earning a monthly stipend to learn from design leaders and contribute to live projects. A portfolio that demonstrates layout and typography is valued.

Qualifications

• Solid fundamentals in layout, typography, spacing and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency with industry tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and GIMP.
• Willingness to learn, explain design decisions and take feedback.
• Attention to pixel-level quality and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting social posts, ads, and carousels.
• Help develop consistent brand systems and reusable templates.
• Create product visuals for communications, presentations and interfaces.
• Explore AI-assisted tools to speed up concepting and production.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine visuals.

What You’ll Work On

• Campaign Creatives: Design high-converting social media posts, ad creatives, and multi-slide carousels.
• Brand Systems: Help develop consistent design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable templates.
• Product Visuals: Create graphics for product communications, presentations, and digital interfaces.
• AI-Assisted Workflows: Explore cutting-edge AI creative tools to accelerate concepting and design production.
• Feedback & Iteration: Collaborate directly with marketing and leadership to translate ideas into polished, functional visuals.
