Formial Labs is seeking a skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer for a video-first role focused on producing high-quality content for social media and paid advertising.

You will edit short-form videos, UGC and ads, craft visuals with AI tools and motion graphics, and iterate multiple variations for testing. A strong portfolio and 1–4 years of experience are essential for joining a fast-moving creative team.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in video editing and digital content creation.
• Portfolio is mandatory and will be heavily weighted.
• Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, visual composition and social media content.

Were looking for a highly creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join Formial. This is a video-first role, focused on creating high-quality, high-performing content for social media and paid advertising.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos, UGC, Reels and Meta Ads from raw footage, scripts and concepts.
• Create engaging videos using AI tools, animations, motion graphics, transitions, sound design and visual effects.

Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of experience in video editing and digital content creation.
• Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, visual composition and social media content.
• Proficient in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent.
• Strong motion graphics and animation skills.
• Experience with UGC, performance marketing or D2C creatives is a strong plus.
• Comfortable using and experimenting with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva, etc.
• Good graphic design fundamentals and a strong visual/creative eye.
• Curious, fast-moving and excited to experiment with new creative ideas.

Portfolio is mandatory. We care more about the quality and creativity of your work than the number of years of experience.
