Qualifications

Job Description

Apprenticeship is a 12-month program that will provide a comprehensive learning experience, blending theoretical knowledge with on-the-job training. Over the 12-month period, apprentices at Russell Investments will gain valuable exposure to industry while developing essential soft skills and acclimating to a professional corporate environment.

The successful candidate will gain experience across user interfaces, .NET services, Web APIs, databases, reporting solutions, and data visualizations. Working with experienced developers, business partners, and investment professionals, the individual will initially deliver well-defined assignments with guidance and progressively assume greater technical ownership. The role is designed to develop the technical, business, and collaborative capabilities required to independently deliver increasingly complex solutions over the first two to three years.

Qualifications
