Russell Investments is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure leader to serve as Director – IT Infrastructure, Mumbai, acting as the Regional Head for infrastructure operations in India. Reporting to the Global Head of Infrastructure, this role will drive delivery, reliability, and modernization of the firm's Mumbai infra while aligning with global standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 5+ years in leadership roles managing regional or large-scale teams.
• Experience leading offshore or shared service delivery teams is strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Virtualization (VMware) and Enterprise Networking (Cisco, Palo Alto).
• Automation & DevOps tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, GitLab).
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably financial services, with cybersecurity, compliance, and audit familiarity.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership across global teams.
