The intern will contribute to developing and enhancing software applications, under the guidance of senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain code. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, basic Python programming ability, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative, global environment.

• Basic programming ability in Python. IT college students are preferred.

• Collaborate with Test Automation Architects and assist in Framework development and implementation using Python, Pytest, Azure Devops and Robot Framework.
• With guidance write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that meets design specifications and adheres to coding standards.
• Assist to develop and maintain software documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that code is tested thoroughly and meets quality standards.
• Support to troubleshoot and debug software issues to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Graduate Intern to join our dynamic team. The Graduate Intern, D&T, Validation & Testing requires the knowledge to participate in the development and enhancement of applications. This level role provides the opportunity for exposure to fundamental principles and concepts.

The ideal candidate will have good programming skills and will work closely with our senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain software applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Test Automation Architects and assist in Framework development and Implementation using Python, Pytest, Azure Devops and Robot Framework.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent is required.
• Basic programming ability in Python. IT college students are preferred.

Work Experience

• A minimum of 0-1year experience in programming .

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Candidates should have strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Good to have exposure in software development and software testing life cycle as well as the business approach for the product.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server.
• Basic Understanding of Microfocus ALM, UFT (Testing Tool) and VBScript.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other developers, functional teams, and project managers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a global and virtual environment and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
• Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description.

Shift

• Occasional on-call work required
• Prefer 12pm - 9pm India time. Willingness to work outside of these hours as needed.
