Job summary

Micron Technology India is seeking an Operations Intelligence (OI) Technician to support dashboards, data pipelines, automation, and AI-enabled tools across manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, IT, MES, Facilities, and Automation teams to drive data-driven decisions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and system health in a demanding production environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Data Science.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, MES, or manufacturing data systems.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0, AI, Machine Learning, Smart Manufacturing, and semiconductor manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Intelligence systems including dashboards, reporting platforms, data pipelines, automation solutions, and AI-enabled tools.
• Support Operations Intelligence initiatives focused on process optimization, operational efficiency improvement, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision-making across manufacturing operations.
• Assist in deployment, testing, commissioning, sustainment, and continuous improvement of digital and analytics solutions.
• Support OI projects through data validation, dashboard development, UAT, pilot activities, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, MES, Facilities, and Automation teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Troubleshoot data, reporting, dashboard, and system issues; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor system health, data quality, and performance to ensure reliable operations.
• Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, user guides, and process records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cybersecurity, data governance, and site standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization through analytics, automation, AI, and smart manufacturing technologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, engineers, and end users.
