Exponent Energy is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer to own design and integration for battery pack and charging systems. You will translate requirements into architectures, size components, and plan validations while working hands-on with prototypes and instrumentation.

You will perform sizing, fault analysis, and protection coordination, ensuring compliance with design standards and inter-system interfaces.

Formación

• Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering: circuit analysis, power electronics basics, electrical safety, and core engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, wiring, testing, and debugging a hardware project.
• Understanding of inductors, capacitors, resistors, transistors, and operational amplifiers; familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and current/voltage probes.
• Structured failure-thinking and ability to investigate root causes rather than replace parts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for real-world engineering challenges.

ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering: circuit analysis, power electronics basics, electrical safety, and core engineering principles.
