Job summary

IPS is seeking a proactive BIM Fresher in Mumbai, India to manage BIM activities for US and Europe projects. You will work with the BIM Manager to oversee Revit modeling, perform coordination tasks, and ensure adherence to internal BIM standards and timelines.

The ideal candidate has a related bachelor's degree and is a fresh graduate with basic BIM knowledge. Collaboration across regions and strong documentation skills are essential.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong BIM Fresher to manage and help all BIM-related activities for our US & EMEA (Europe) projects. This role requires comprehensive oversight of BIM project execution, including communication with regional teams, Revit modeling oversight, coordination efforts, and ensuring alignment with internal BIM standards and protocols. The BIM Fresher will work closely with the BIM Manager to seek approvals, report progress, and ensure project deliverables meet the required quality and timelines

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Electrical, Computer, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh Graduate (0-1 year experience)
• Basic understanding of BIM concepts and workflows

Key Requirements

• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Familiarity with Navisworks Manage/Simulate.
• Basic understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360.
• Awareness of model coordination and clash detection processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with international teams.
