The graduate engineering trainee should have good communication skills and should have the ability to carry out or execute work plans as he/she has to work in close co-ordination with the reporting head. Once he/she carefully performs the tasks that have been assigned, regular reporting to the head should be done in proper systematic manner. The trainee shall be on apprenticeship/training for the first 12 months and based on performance and manager feedback, the position shall be confirmed after the training period.**Work You’ll Do:*** Graduate engineer trainees work for the engineering profession and initially assist the engineers.* Graduate engineer trainees assist the seniors in engineering process and project execution.* Data sheets, process engineering, project reports, procurement updates, dispatch planning and running project calculations are important part of Projects.
