Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Global Quality Operations Technician to support package qualification and reliability efforts. You will execute tests, assist engineers, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, while coordinating with planning and lab teams.

The role involves rotating 12-hour shifts, strong teamwork, and clear English communication. Fresh graduates are welcome, with preference for semiconductor exposure and familiarity with reliability processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering required.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and reliability processes preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute reliability tests such as Temperature Cycling, HAST/UHAST, HTS and THS following OCAP and procedures.
• Perform electrical testing for reliability samples according to defined procedures.
• Review data and verify recipe setup to meet qualification requirements.
• Complete training and certification for reliability test processes.
• Collaborate with GQ Ops Planner on lab operations, qualification planning, and scheduling.
• Work with GQ Ops Engineers and PackRel Engineers for data collection and technical requirements.
• Follow all safety procedures and area work rules.
• Maintain laboratory 6S standards.
• Support additional tasks assigned by engineers or management.

• Knowledge of MAM tracking system, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel is an added advantage.
