Job summary

Mercor seeks an experienced evaluator to assess AI-generated artifacts against domain rubrics for government/public sector outputs. You will provide structured feedback to improve model performance and ensure accuracy and rigor, working remotely on an international contract.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in government/public administration, strong English fluency, and high proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Slides).
