Engaging with clients directly – driving initial scope discussions as well as working with the delivery and sales team on quotes and proposals.

Schedule and lead workshops with clients to understand, define, and document their business requirements.

Involved in preparing presentations for prospective clients to position the company’s services and offerings.

Work closely with sales teams in pursuing new business opportunities.

Bidding on projects using portals like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, etc.

Approaching clients for projects.

Client chats (initial communication until technical details are introduced).

Team management and coordination.

Responsible for monthly revenue and generating new business through LinkedIn, social media, bulk email marketing, cold calling, etc.

Result-oriented and target-driven.
