Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Delivery Solutions Practice Lead to own practice maturity and delivery execution for Google Cloud delivery solutions. You will drive technical leadership, capability growth, and reusable delivery patterns across engagements, partnering with offering and alliance teams.

The role leads managers and engineers, builds capacity through hiring and upskilling, and keeps the practice current with Google Cloud services, architectures, and delivery approaches.

Qualifications

• Must have 12+ years in technology delivery, engineering, or cloud transformation.
• 5+ years of Google Cloud delivery leadership in global matrixed environments.
• Proven experience leading senior engineers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery execution across the practice with accountability for quality, risk, governance, velocity, and client outcomes.
• Lead delivery solutioning across engagements ensuring standards, technical quality, and unified metrics across Google Cloud domains.
• Define and maintain delivery methodology, playbooks, patterns, and architectures to improve repeatability and speed across offshore delivery teams.
• Advise clients on Google Cloud capabilities and guide teams on architecture and delivery approaches.
• Build capability through hiring, coaching, and upskilling to align with Google Cloud services and delivery excellence.
• Support pursuits and sales activities with delivery inputs and domain expertise.

Experience: 12+ years in technology delivery, engineering, or cloud transformation, including team leadership, delivery quality, and practice capability development.

5+ years of deep Google Cloud delivery, implementation, or engineering leadership in matrixed global environments.

Proven experience leading senior engineers, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams across engagements in onshore/offshore models.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Job Summary:

The Delivery Solutions Practice Lead owns practice maturity, delivery execution, technical leadership, and capability growth for the Google Cloud delivery solutions practice. This leader drives quality, consistency, and outcomes across engagements; develops reusable delivery patterns, playbooks, and blueprints; supports proposals with delivery and solution expertise; and partners with offering and alliance teams. The role leads solution managers and engineers, supports delivery teams, builds capability through hiring and upskilling, and keeps the practice current with Google Cloud services, implementation approaches, and solution architectures. This delivery leadership role serves as the horizontal execution engine aligning AGBG technical domains and is not a solution architect role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own delivery execution across the practice, with accountability for quality, risk, governance, velocity, and client outcomes.
• Lead delivery solutioning across engagements, ensuring execution standards, technical quality, consistent outcomes, and unified baseline metrics across Google Cloud domains such as Data, AI, CX, Infra, Apps, Security, and Workspace.
• Define and maintain delivery methodology, playbooks, reusable patterns, blueprints, architectures, and quality checkpoints to improve repeatability and speed across offshore delivery teams.
• Act as senior domain expert, advising clients when needed and guiding teams on Google Cloud capabilities, delivery approaches, technology architectures, and implementation.
• Build capability through hiring, coaching, knowledge sharing, and upskilling to keep the practice aligned to Google Cloud services, patterns, certifications, and delivery excellence.
• Support pursuits, proposals, and sales activities with delivery inputs, implementation guidance, and domain expertise in partnership with offering and alliance teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• 12+ years in technology delivery, engineering, or cloud transformation leadership
• 5+ years of Google Cloud experience with depth in delivery execution, implementation, and technical leadership
• Strong people leadership across hiring, coaching, mentoring, performance, capability development, and highly utilized resource pyramids
• Experience building delivery methodology, implementation patterns, playbooks, or reusable assets across multiple engagements
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud solution areas such as Data & AI, Customer Experience, Platform, Security, Workspace, or modernization programs to design multi-domain delivery approaches

• Google Cloud Professional certifications, especially Cloud Architect or relevant domain certifications
• Experience standardizing Agile delivery frameworks for large distributed technical teams
